Welcome to RNder Consulting, LLC ("RNder"). These terms and conditions govern the provision of our proprietary education services. By engaging our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

For the purposes of these terms and conditions, "Client" refers to the individual or entity requesting our proprietary education services, either as an individual or as an authorized agent on behalf of the identified organization. "Services" refers to the educational programs and materials provided by RNder Consulting, LLC.

RNder offers customized educational programs tailored to our clients' specific needs. These programs may include workshops, training sessions, seminars, or other educational activities.

Payment of 25% of the contracted rate is due at the time of booking, representing the confirmation of the date of service. The balance of the service and any agreed-upon pass-through travel expenses are payable within 30 days following the date of service. In the event multiple dates of service are booked sequentially, the payment date is based on the date of the first service. Cancellation rates apply as follows:

• Full refund if canceled more than 28 days from the date of scheduled service.

• The 25% down payment will be forfeited for cancellations less than or equal to 28 days from the date of scheduled service.

• Cancellations occurring less than 5 days from the date of scheduled service will be billed 50% of the contracted rate, in addition to any contracted and incurred pass-through expenses with viable receipts. Payment is accepted in the form of a check, money order, PayPal, or Venmo—the addresses for each are included on the invoice.

To request our proprietary education services, clients must contact RNder Consulting, LLC, to discuss their needs and objectives. Through consultative services, an individualized education (“service”) plan will be developed between the customer and RNder. Traditional educational services can be scheduled directly on the website or in consultation with a RNder representative.

Our proprietary education services are typically delivered in person at the client's location or through the virtual platforms of Teams or Zoom. Any travel or accommodation expenses incurred for in-person services will be agreed upon with the client in advance and invoiced accordingly. All agreed-upon pass-through expenses will be invoiced with itemized receipts.

Due to the customized nature of our education services, refunds are not available once services have commenced. However, we are committed to ensuring client satisfaction and will work to address any concerns or issues that may arise.

All materials and content provided as part of our proprietary education services are the sole and proprietary ownership of RNder Consulting, LLC. Any reproduction or distribution of these materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

We collect data electronically through our website and sign-in documentation at sponsored events. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our clients' personal information. For more information, please refer to our privacy policy.

Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner during all interactions with RNder Consulting, LLC staff and instructors. RNder reserves the right to refuse service in the event of safety or threatening conduct by any of the customer's attendees. All payment terms will still apply in full.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Missouri, with exclusive jurisdiction in Kansas City, Platte County. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in Kansas City, Platte County.
