Dr. Marcy Adams

Dr. Marcy Adams obtained a Registered Nursing Degree in 1993, a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration in 2006, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration in 2014, and a Doctorate Degree in Business Administration and Leadership in 2019.  Marcy has published numerous research articles on the care of the renal patient, speaks at national conferences on leadership skill development, and published her study on Mitigating Nursing Turnover Intentions. In addition, Marcy works full time in the pharmaceutical healthcare industry. Marcy has certificates in Executive Leadership and Professional Management from Notre Dame, and is certified as a True Colors personality facilitator. Marcy speaks in small groups and large conferences about personality identification as it lends to effective business leadership strategies and provides executive coaching to business leaders.
